Ready to advise on the principles of Good business?

Leadership for Good

We train the trainers to support businesses to improve their impact on people and the planet

Leadership for Good is an interactive and engaging hybrid group programme for leaders, consultants, strategists and in-business sustainability advocates looking to advise on the principles of good businesses.

This training is designed and delivered by two experienced B Leaders and is underpinned by the B Corp principles. You will leave the programme with an understanding of how business can lead the change we need to achieve a sustainable future, and the skills to support your clients or business to be the change.

We champion inclusivity and empowerment to those who face systemic barriers to business so we offer an equity discount of 40% to women and marginalised groups.

Our Leadership for Good programme has been designed by two B Leaders for leaders, consultants, strategists and in-business sustainability advocates to be able to advise on the principles of Good business

What you receive:

  • 5 x half-day sessions with B Leaders Donna Okell and Louisa Burman [two sessions in person and three sessions online]

  • Access to our collection of template policies and resources to support your clients through their better business journey

  • A Leadership for Good community forum to ask questions and network with your fellow LfG cohort whilst you are in the programme

Hear from our alumni…

“I completed the Leadership for Good course because we are going through B Corp certification ourselves. I found the course extremely helpful, and it’s given me so much knowledge further to what I already had. I feel confident that I can guide Tenzing through B Corp and recertification, as well as give advice to other companies on the same journey. The small group size meant that we were really able to dig into every topic and cover any questions raised. I’d very much recommend to anyone going through B Corp certification, or interested in learning more about the programme.”

- Honor de Winton, Tenzing Private Equity

“The Leadership for Good Programme provided an engaging and informative introduction, and in many aspects deep dive, into the world of B Corps – why we need them, what they are and the process a business goes through to become one.  It was a really enjoyable course, the mix of online and in-person sessions worked well allowing for meaningful and insightful conversations. A great course for anyone in business thinking of becoming a B Corp and for sustainability consultants.”

- Suzanne Wise, Sustainability Consultant & former Senior Vice President of Corporate Sustainability.

"I joined the inaugural Leadership for Good programme and am now a fully-fledged B Corp Consultant, helping several businesses on their B Corp journeys. The backup and support I receive from the UK for Good team and community is invaluable, enabling me to share issues, ask questions and stay fully up to date with matters of importance in the world of sustainability.”
