inspiring innovators - from Dyson to Divya
I was shocked to learn from Navjot Sawhney’s LinkedIn post that 5.6 billion in the world still have to hand wash their clothes. His brilliant one-minute video makes for compelling and uncomfortable viewing. You can see it here
It’s truly inspiring to learn how this former Dyson engineer developed the machine and The Washing Machine Project:

In 2017, Adam Costello started Inland Sea as a passion project to increase awareness about plastic pollution and how litter from our cities ultimately ends up in the sea and our food chain.
As a surfer and outdoor enthusiast he has always considered the environment throughout his lifetime. His background in art and design led me to establish a design agency in Manchester, where Inland Sea was born.

“Water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink”
Water scarcity affects every single part of our lives. Our access to fresh water doesn’t just affect the quality of life, it determines IF we live or die.
The impending water crisis is another example of a Code Red for humanity and it’s time for us all to value and manage our water.
This article aims to inspire, inform and enable you to do that.
What I’ve learnt about B Corp…
We’re in the midst of a super critical time, and a pivotal time for change, and I’m choosing to look at this as an opportunity.

This time it’s personal
This time it’s personal. Every decision we make as individuals and as business leaders can help to shape a better world for our children and future generation. It’s an opportunity and responsibility for us all to be the change the world needs and deserves. And we need to act now. Because if not us then who, and if not now then when?
so what did we learn from the BFGF?
The incredible young children from AmaSing helped us all as business leaders to FEEL and better understand the responsibility to use our businesses to shape a better world for our children and future generations. To act as a force for good.
Businesses can and must act for people, planet, and prosperity for all.
