Lynne is a business leader, impact consultant and internal communication expert with over two decades of experience working with global organisations and business leaders on transformational change.
In September 2023 Lynne became Co-CEO of UK for Good to help further scale our organisation and embed the strategic behaviours and actions needed for UK businesses to be more socially and environmentally accountable. Having been a member of UK for Good since 2021 and completing our B Corp for Small Business course to successful certification, she then trained on the Leadership for Good programme and started providing impact and B Corp consultancy in early 2023.
Lynne is also CEO of AG Comms, which she founded in 2010, a virtual internal communications and employee engagement agency, powered by purpose. She designed the AG business model to benefit everyone who needs flexibility in their lives. After an impact transformation, becoming a Certified B Corp and being awarded Ecovadis Gold rating in 2023, Lynne now uses her business as a force for good, for people and our planet.
